Ticket and seating information
Ticket Prices and Insurance
- Student Ticket Prices = Elementary through College.
- Ticket prices include sales tax.
- Ticket prices are the same online or at the 票房.
- A $5 per order transaction fee applies to all 票房 window sales, 电话销售, and online sales for will call and mailed orders. Tickets purchased online with electronic delivery will not incur any additional ticket fees. An additional $2 mailing fee applies to tickets mailed to patrons.
- Ticket Insurance is available for an additional fee of $2 per ticket at the time of purchase, allowing exchanges or refunds up to 48 hours prior to a performance.
票务政策
- No refunds or exchanges are allowed on ticket purchases without Ticket Insurance unless a performance is canceled or rescheduled.
- Any refunds given with Ticket Insurance will be issued in the form of the original payment. If the original payment was cash or 检查, a 检查 will be sent in the mail to the ticket purchaser within 10 to 12 business days.
- Ticket orders are not accepted without full payment of cash, 检查, or credit card at the time of purchase. No tickets may not be reserved or held for payment at a later date.
- Unused tickets may be returned for a tax-deductible donation up to 48 hours prior to a performance.
- Patrons will receive the best seats available when purchasing tickets within one hour before performances.
- Students must present a current student ID card at the 票房 when purchasing student-priced tickets. Students may purchase rush tickets to any event for $5.00 one hour prior to the event if tickets are available. Students may call the 票房 on the day of the event to 检查 on the likely availability of Student Rush Tickets.
房屋政策
- Reserved seating selection is not guaranteed for those who arrive after a performance begins.
- Latecomers will be seated at a suitable pause in the performance.
- 威斯康辛州路德 College will follow local health department guidance regarding mask-wearing and social distancing. Please follow signage located in the Center for Arts and Performance when you attend an event. If you have questions about the current guidelines for attending a performance, please call the 票房 before purchasing tickets.
- Hearing assistance devices are available at performances.
- In most cases, photography or recording is prohibited. WLC staff reserves the right to confiscate any devices that are suspected of use in recording to inspect before returning to the owner.
- Cell phones should not be used during performances. WLC staff reserves the right to ask any attendee to step out of the performance if they are distracting the performers or audience around them.
- Concert dates and programs are subject to change.
